  1. First, you need to right-click on Windows Logo and choose the Network Connections option.
  2. Next, you should select the Internet Connection that is currently being used and choose the properties option.
  3. Out of the list of options available, locate and select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then tap on the Properties button situated at the bottom right section.
  4. A new window will open. Tick the Use below preferred and alternate DNS addresses option and then enter the given DNS settings in it. In the Preferred DNS Server type 8.8.8.8   and for the Alternate DNS Server use 8.8.4.4.

  1. Press the Windows Key and the R key simultaneously and then type “inetcpl.cpl” and press the enter key to open Internet Properties.

  1. Tap on the Windows button and in the search bar, enter cmd and click on it. Command Prompt will be opened. (Run it as an administrator).
  2. The Command Prompt screen will open. Next, you need to enter the following commands. You can copy the lines and paste them onto the Command Prompt. Press Enter to execute them. Since the command lines run line by line, you need to press enter after each command.
  3. ipconfig /release
  4. ipconfig /all
  5. ipconfig /flushdns
  6. ipconfig /renew
  7. netsh int ip set dns
  8. netsh Winsock reset

After you have successfully executed all the commands, restart your PC.
